Tabulator Help
- To use the tabulator, simply enter in a column of numbers and click Tabulate; the sum of these numbers will appear in the answer box.
- Non-digit characters other than +, -, comma, and period will be ignored.
- The tabulator intelligently inserts a dollar sign or commas into your result depending on whether they were present in the data you entered.
- You may paste in a column of numbers; it will be automatically tabulated.
- Addition signs (+) at the end of lines are optional.
- Subtraction signs (-) may be placed at the beginning or end of a line with no change in result; e.g., "7-" and "-7" on a line will both subtract 7.
- Math operators other than + and - cannot be used. Parentheses are not allowed.
